General Terms

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between guests and Om Sanctuary Palace by Hotshot Hotelier Hospitality and are subject to change at the hotel's discretion, with the version in effect at the time of booking applying to each reservation. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest from the premises whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, unlawful, or contrary to the comfort and safety of others. Any disputes arising from a guest's stay shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the location of the property in Vekariya.
